Training and Meeting Facilities

CYSD provides a wide variety of training and resource facilities throughout Orissa. Training courses are offered on the topics listed against each centre, and the facilities also available for hire for meetings, conferences and training programmes. Full details of meeting rooms, accommodation and catering are provided for each venue.
Development and Resource Training Centre - Bhubaneswar
The Development and Resource Training Centre campus has been designed to create a relaxed but professional environment in which to hold meetings, conferences and training programmes. The building is surrounded by well-maintained gardens where guests can relax during breaks and in the evening. There is also a well-stocked and informative resource centre, with broadband Internet facilities.
The dining hall provides a wide choice of food, including Oriya specialty dishes. The hostel offers excellent value, with comfortable and convenient accommodation for up to 58 guests, in a variety of dormitory style rooms, as well as two air-conditioned guest rooms with attached bathroom.

Terms and Conditions

Full terms and conditions will be supplied at the time of booking.
|
|
1. Full advance of the total amount are to be paid for lodging & conference hall either by draft or a local cheque favouring DRTC-CYSD. And towards catering to M/s. The Swadist.
|
|
2. When bookings are cancelled either for seminar or conference halls or for accommodation in the hostel, or for both, a certain percentage of the charges for the entire period of reservation will be levied depending upon the time of cancellation.
|

Less than 48 hrs - 50% of the total amount for the unutilised facilities
-
Between 48 & 72 hrs - 25% of the total amount for the unutilised facilities.
-
Between 4 to 7 days - 20% of the total amount for the unutilised facilities.
-
More than 7 days - 10% of the total amount for the unutilised facilities.

3. When meal bookings are cancelled a certain percentage of the total cost will be charged depending upon the time of cancellation.

More than 72 hrs - No charge.

Between 48 & 72 hrs - 25% of the total cost of the next 72 hrs.

Between 24 & 48 hrs - 50% of the total cost of the next 48 hrs.
-
Less than 24 hrs - Full charge for the next 24 hrs.

4. The check in/check out timings for the hostel accommodation will be 8.00 am.

The Rural Livelihood Training Centres offer large comfortable training halls and facilities for more than 100 people. The centres also offer catering and overnight accommodation. In the vicinity are 2 famous scenic sightseeing and picnic spots. Dumdamani is famous for its beautiful scenery and streams, and is surrounded by dense forests. Sreekhetra is famous for Aurobindo Ashram and beautiful hills and forests.
