Objective : Bring together pro-active and dedicated community leaders to the community development and empowerment process.

Geography & Impact Group : Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Koraput, Malkangiri & Rayagada.

A total of 200 potential community leaders were identified and capacitated and provided with regular hand holding support to lead the process of development at the grassroots level in the districts of Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Koraput, Malkangiri & Rayagada.
