CYSD emphasizes training as an essential input for development facilitators working in Government and non-Government sectors. Training builds clarity, improves skills and enhances knowledge of the practitioners. The training universe is vast and diverse running into different domains and contexts meeting the expectations of wide range of clients. Development resource and training centre, the specialized training unit of the organization has strived to fulfill the burgeoning demand for training inputs in the ever expanding development environment.

CYSD permits trainers to use training materials and resources, making it easy to build involving training programmes, workshops and courses.
