Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounts and records.
  • Handle vouchers, bills, and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.

Qualification:

  • B .Com / M .Com or equivalent qualification.

Role: Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate PRI Development Activities- Lead planning, training, and convergence efforts across Gram Panchayats within the block.
  • Facilitate Community Engagement- Mobilize PRI members and citizens for participatory planning, Gram Sabhas, and local governance processes.
  • Handhold Field Teams & Ensure Quality Delivery- Guide cluster facilitators in training execution, documentation, and adaptive implementation.
  • Monitor Implementation & Compliance- Track progress of GPDPs, service delivery, and ensure adherence to government norms and reporting formats.

  • Develop Case Studies & Learning Briefs- Document Panchayat innovations with evidence-rich narratives linked to LSDG/SDG themes and replicable formats.
  • Lead Video Documentation- Plan, script, and capture field-level stories showcasing community-led change and program efforts.
  • Localize Training & IEC Materials- Translate and adapt content into Odia and other local formats to ensure accessibility and cultural relevance.
  • Support Compliance & Reporting- Prepare audit-ready documentation, progress reports, and annexures aligned with donor requirements.
